The array holds a charge and I got it at a much lower price than what I was quoted at my neighborhood TMobile shop. I'll be buying another one in a 1 1/2 years when this one stops land a charge.

ahhh I see your array is dying. Be forewarned. I'm having a bet this doesn't fix the riddle. I mean really how ancient is your phone? Not ancient enough yet to have made this array tired. The Li-ion batteries ordinarily last around 18 months (hence at 18mon a bunch of i-pod users are gonna get pissy when the i-pod doesn't work any longer and you can't change the array.)

why hasn't yours lasted that long... oh because your phone sucks. you will be like me get a new array and it will only last for 7 hr on defend at first and then drop down to 4 hr on defend.

Why? have you noticed yet how hot that phone is running? it is cooking its domestic electronics, your ear, and the array.

when you get a new phone - the new one will only have a 90day warranty. T-mobile will charge you for shipping. you will spend at least an hour with them on the phone.

aren't these costs adding up for you yet?
